HOMOGENISER
Homogeniser consists of a high-pressure pump fitted with a minute orifice having an adjustable opening through which fluids are forced at high pressures upto 5000 psig, thereby causing a marked changes in the physical properties of the product treated and producing a very intimate mixture of the ingredients of the fluid. Capacity range upto 10000 L. P. H. - 6000 P.S.I.

Product qualities are improved and is commonly used for the following Products: milk. baby food, beverage-emulsion, ketchup, flavour emulsion, juice and purees gravies, pudding, salad dressing, starch, tomato products, yeast, syrups, various dairy products including sterilized milk, ice-cream mix, chemical products etc. exported to Africa, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh etc.
