Name of the Society shall be Siddheswar Surabala Jyotsna Memorial
WELFARE SOCIETY
2. The Registered Office of the Society shall be situated
at GD- 298, Sector III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-
700 106.
3. The objects for which the society is established are :
a) To acquire, establish, start, aid, run, maintain or manage
Primary Schools, Libraries, for the
benefit of the poor students and public in general.
b) To arrange and organize lectures, debates discussions,
seminars & excursions for the Diffusion of knowledge.
c) To publish or cause to be published useful literatures,
magazines, books etc. without profit motive.
d) To study, cultivate and demonstrate the art of music and
dancing.
e) To promote and encourage advancement of literary, cultural,
political, religious, scientific and technical education.
f) To help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution
of studies and establishment of students' hostels.
g) To collect and preserve manuscripts, painting sculp tures,
works of art, antiquities, natural history specimens, mechanical
and scientific instrument and designs.
h)
To help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent persons and to establish homes for poor and aged persons.
i)
To alleviate the sufferings of animals, or other living creatures
as may be deemed appropriate.
j ) To engage end assist in such other philanthropic, activities
as may "be deemed appropriate by the Governing Body of
the Society.
k ) To rehabilitate the physically handicapped persons and
promote their welfare.
l ) To conduct Blood donation Camps.
m) To help rehabilitate the help less and destitute women
and orphan children and to run old age homes.
n) To do all suuh acts, deeds, matters and things; as may
be deemed incidental or conductive to the foregoing objects.
The income and properties of the society whatsoever, derived
or obtained shell be apolied solely towards the promotion
of the object of the society and no portion thereof shall
be paid to or divided amongst any of its members by way of
profits. |
