Shankarnath Dialysis & Renal Research Centre was set up in Oct'98 to meet the long felt demand for dependable Centre for treatment of patients suffering from Chronic Renal Failure in South Calcutta. It has, since then, come to long way in fulfilling this ever-growing demand and today we take pride in claiming to have become a leading center for such treatment in this metropolis attaining excellence, perfection in providing trouble free treatment at a most reasonable charge. The fact, that cases are being referred/ sent to this center by leading Nephrologists from all over the state, speak eloquently of the wide reputation it has been able to earn in short period of these years.

Location : Situated in the prime Swiss Park area of Tollygange, it is very close to the main thorough fare of Deshapran Sasmal Road having all bus routs to Jadavpur, Kudghat, Garia, Behala on one side and Howrah, Esplanade, Shyambazar, Salt Lake on the other side. Rabindra Sarobar Metro rail station is also very close facilitating connection to Tollygange, Shyambazar & Dum-Dum.

The SDCNG : The centre is housed in the ground floor of premises no. 48/41 A, Swiss Park, Calcutta - 700 033. It is comprised of reception,kitchen, store, toilet, connecting door opening into a corridor facing two rooms with six bed, Doctors' room & chamber, three dialysis units, and is a fully compact air-conditioned unit. It has also a separate entrance lobby for waiting patients relatives.

Management System : Dialysis is conducted in three shifts under constant supervision of trained nurses, experienced technicians and Doctors well qualified having vast experience in the line. They are all having requisite training and expertise to efficiently tackling any critical situation and have developed themselves into a team fully dedicated their service to the patients with all sympathy, kindness, compassion so essential for such patients.
