In
this modern era popular Culture could well be defined as a cross-fertilized
products of new modes of communication and power relation in society. The
personality of a person either male of female can be recognized through his /
her voice and art of speaking. In this era when kids and specially young guys
are being diverted by so called mixed culture and adopting the western culture
forgetting their own. SHAILPIK an Institute of Arts & Culture has come up to
make this new generation more confident and to learn them to love their own
culture.
About
“Shailpik”
The
Organization “Shilpik Aabritti Academy” is a cultural Forum established in
the year 1994. It took shape as a Govt. Registered organization under West
Bengal Societies Registration Act 1961 vide Registration No S/IL/8961 dated
09.04.2002. The Governing body consisting of 9 menbers is functioning in this
organization with all its problem-ridden condition. “Shailpik” has planned
to conjugate multifarious cultural activities and have taken programs to take
the children of the surrounding under this institution to teach them the art of
recitation methodically & scientifically. To cultivate spirit of cultural
amongst the children as well as common mass “Shailpik” has organized various
stage program in Kalyani & in surrounding areas. Shailpik has organized
‘Kalyani Kabita Utsav’ in ‘Ritwik Sadan’ & Vidya Sagar Mancha’ for
last consecutive years. Despite some minor demerits all those performance
received an overwhelming appreciation of the spectators present and have
enriches by collecting valuables suggestions from the local celebrity.
The
Faculty:
The
institute is running by a well-known recitor who has hands on experience in the
field of cultural activities. Soma Basu a well-defined name in the world of
Recitation Arts. She has started her career in a very little age and now being
recognized as one of reputed leading artist in this cultural world and also
associated her self in the Broadcasting & Telecasting Media having special
emphasis for conducting programs for children.
Principal
Objects of the Academy:

To promote communication among the cultural people of the society.

To take package program for the children, which may blow the mental disposition
properly.

views of the above, it is clear, that children are the principle object of this
project who are the future progeny of the society. However, any cultural and
welfare activities for the children means proper development of future society.
In order to design this institution a complete cultural forum, we have the
desire to open some other cultural branches such as music, drama, dance etc.
where grown up boys & girls may also participate.
