"Jayshree" Dual Duty Pulleys are fitted with "Easy-Lock" bushes to facilitate mounting and dismantling of pulleys on to the shafts. This arrangement also eliminates reboring of pulleys. The wide range of tolerance variations found in commercial shaftings can easily be accomodated with "Easy- Lock" bushes. The arrangement and construction of "Easy-Lock" bushes are such that even an unskilled worker can mount the pulley on to the shaft very easily just with the help of an Allen Wrench.

The V-Grooves of "Jayshree" Dual Duty pulleys are machined to fine limits as per I.S. specifications and are quite suitable for conventional V-Belts as well as Wedge Belts.

All "Jayshree" Pulleys are made from superior quality cast iron with proper changes in mechanical design to withstand a higher capacity of transmission. Pulleys listed in this catalogue are statically balanced wherever necessary. Dynamic balancing can also be done at extra cost.
