A visit to New Market is not complete without a peek at
The Royal Store.
It is one of the oldest cosmetics
shops within this famous shopping arcade, having been in
business for the last 107 years. It is the
only store in the city that keeps the entire range of television,
film and theatre makeup.The products available are wide
and varied, for all kind of customers.

The
11 salesmen and women are always eager to attend to you,
no matter how crowded the shop gets. Prices are strictly
by the catalogue, since all the products are reputed brands.
So you get your money's worth. There is a feeling of warmth
in the shop even if you are a complete stranger to the outlet. |
Interiors:
The
spacious store is air-conditioned, with a wide glass entrance.
Thanks to its expansion over the years, the shelves are
a combination of old world charm and smart, smooth lines.
Despi'te the mind-boggling array of products, the shop looks
neat and well planned. The windows are attractively lined
with photo frames and crystals. However, it does not exactly
fit the look of a contemporary upmarket outlet. |
