With masterly knowledge of advance polymer science and over hard-core experience of manufacturing new generation engineering plastics and elastomer products, our design engineers had developed the unique system to overcome failure modes common to heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders. Compounds are made to suite the mechanical properties such as compression set, modules, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, resistance to heat, oil and chemical, and aging effect. Most of the commonly used profiles of Piston Seals, Rod Seals, Dust Seals, Guide Rings, O Rings and backup rings of any size and material viz; Fluorocarbon, Silicone, Neoprene, Nitrile, PTFE, Polyacetal, Polyurethane and composite materials are readily available. |

This fluorocarbon resin, commonly known as Teflon, has outstanding resistance to chemical, temperature, pressure, self-lubrication and abrasion resistance.
