A pre-school teacher is not just about fun and games. At Roots
to Wings, a lot of care is taken to ensure we have qualified
and well trained teachers to groom your precious little one!
In the first place we follow a strict selection criteria under
which we hand-pick qualified teachers who fulfill one basic
criteria - love for children. Once selected, our teachers go
through an intensive training programme.
They are given training in child psychology as well as an understanding
on how children grow, develop, and learn and apply these principles
to practical classroom teaching methods.

The ‘Roots to Wings’ curriculum has following stages
- Developing Roots – Age group 1.5 yrs. to 2.5 yrs.
- Emerging Wings - Age group 2.5 yrs. to 3.5 yrs.
- Ready to Fly - Age group 3.5 yrs. to 5.5 yrs.
- Hobby Club (Activities) - Age group 2 yrs. to 12 yrs.
