Sandip Dutta was born in Kolkata on 24th July 1951. He started
his academic career from St. Paul's School and Graduated from
Scottish Church College. He passed M.A in Bengali and B. Ed
from Calcutta University. He is the Founder of Kalikata Little
Magazine Library O Gabeshana Kendra (1978) and also honored
as Life Member-Bangiyo Sahitya Parishad, Member-Cine Central
Calcutta.
