Famous Cases Conducted By Him :

• The Election matter of Century Old Mohun Bagan Athletic Club went upto Supreme Court of India through City Civil Court, Calcutta and Calcutta High Court. It was the election held after 15 years. Fought for the client for a free and fair election which was ultimately held under the supervision of eminent Advocates like S.P. Roy Chowdhury, Sr. Advocate, Jayanta Mitra (Bar at Law) and Rabilal Moitra, Senior Advocate. Drafted and appeared all the stages.
• Conducted the suit filed against Rotary International Challenging entire election process for election Nominating Committee Members as well as of the District Government Nominees for the year 2009-2010. Achieved ad-interim order of injunction and thereby restrained effect to the result of the election. Subsequently matter gone to Hon'ble Court whereon also the interim order remained in tact. But ultimately matter was settled amicably.
• Associated in the election matter of Cricket Association of Bengal (C.A.B) wherein the Trial Court directed for holding of election through special officer.
• Successfully fought for Douglas Silva Dos Santos, eminent International Footballer of Brazil for his legitimate dues against Mohammedam Sporting Club, India. The matter was ultimately gone up to Federation International Football Association, popularly known as FIFA (the highest authority of the World in connection with the Football), wherein successfully impressed the authority to allow his client to re-start his football career.
• Associated and helped in the case of the Jose Mascio Ramirez Barreto, whereon though the Trial Court refused to release the passport of the Brazilion International Footballer for alleged violation of customs and excise laws, but ultimately the Hon'ble Court released his passport and allowed him to go abroad.
• Conducted the famous case of Mohan Bagan Athletic Club -Vs.- Baichung Bhutia which arose for disciplinary action taken by the club against Mr. Bhutia for participating in a Dance Reality Show. The matter ultimately gone upto Arbitration before the Additional solicitor General Mr. Amarendra Sharan whereon assisted Mr. Rupinder Singh Suri, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India. Also conducted the dispute before FIFA, which is yet to be determined.
• Deals with the dispute of various National Footballers like Steven Dias, Kalyan Chaube, Snehasish Chakravarty, etc. against their respective clubs and successfully sorted out the dispute.
• Presently dealing the matter against the East Bengal Club seeking for holding of election for the year 2010 under the supervision of Independent Special Officer or Receiver.
