I
paint as I would like to channel my limited ‘I’
into a 'We'. It's an effort to raise myself up from
a fragmented state into that of a whole being.
I wish to share with you a chunk of my world - a world
resounded with different sounds, a world soaked in
the memories both sweet and bitter, a world drifting
the smell of wind, water and earth.
I paint because I wish to acknowledge what I owe to
the world around me and at the same time make the
world anew. May be others will like it, may be they
won't. But in some way or other it is an extended
world to which you can attach your dreams.
