Stretch Films

Stretch film are a stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around cartoons, electronics, pelletising and pallets. Stretch film elastic properties keep items tightly bound together for packaging, shipping, and storage. Our Stretch wrap features superior break strength, cling, clarity, tear resistance not found in other stretch film.

Stretch wrap material is linear low-density polyethylene or LLDPE, which is produced by copolymerization of ethylene with alpha-olefins, the most common of which are butene, hexene and octene. The use of higher alpha-olefins (hexene or octene) gives rise to enhanced stretch film characteristics, particularly in respect of elongation at break and puncture resistance.

There are two methods of producing stretch wrap.

1. Width of stretch film : 50 cms to 1500 cms

2. Thickness : 15 microns to 65 microns.
