Sushanta
Mukhopadhyay tries to interpret two streams of Tagore songs
in Ananda Sundar Bedona Sundar released by Raga. Here is
a singer who brings his own interpretation of the songs
and also renders them with great passion. It is pleasing
to hear old favorites like "Aji e Anandasandhyay"
in the first category and "Chitta Pipasita re"
on the other side. He has a flexible voice that enables
him to get into the spirit of both joy and pain making this
album a worthwhile Venture.
