- Validity of Contract : Initially, the contract will remain for a period of one year and on expiry, can be extended by mutual consent.
- Payment of salaries and Uniforms : We take responsfbilities for disbursement of salaries, sanction of leave and issue of uniform to our personnel and demand raised by them for their banefit, is also met by us.
- Replacement : We will replace, in case any member of our unit proceeds on leave or falls sick without any extra cost on your side.
- Transfer and Posting : We reserve the right of changing or transferring any member of our unit, if necessary.
- Accommodation : Accommodation is to be previded by you within the Security area, with a view to utilise the whole unit at the time of emergency occuring, if any.
- Union Activities : The personnel of our unit are neither members of any trade Union nor will they take part in any Union activities.
