This being an English-medium school the students are encouraged to speak & communicate in English, except when attending the vernacular class i.e. Bengali & Hindi.
The Parents/Guardians aggrieved on any ground are requested to see the Principal, instead of airing their grievances in public in front of the School campus.
Parents are requested to communicate with the Principal to meet personally regarding the progress & welfare of their wards.
Parents Co-operation is sought regarding their ward's active participation in the Co-curricular activities - such as Debate, Drama, Quiz, Music, Singing, Tour etc.
Students must attend the school regularly and punctually & Parents/Guardians are to ensure the same.
Students must attend the assembly.
They should always move in single line while changing rooms and when they go to and come back from the play ground in all their group comings and goings.
Parents / Guardians are requested to see that their wards devote sufficient time at home to do the assigned home task. Submission of regular home work is given due consideration at the time of Annual Promotion.
All Children should come to school clean and tidy in their school-uniforms. All are obliged to wear the prescribed uniform on all days otherwise they will not be permitted to attend their classes.
Students must be punctual and be present on time at all places where they are required to be such as assembly, Regular Classes, P.T. Library, Functions etc.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, regular lack of adherence of School Rules, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the staff, any kind of unfair practice either within or outside the school premises will be sufficient reason, after consulting with other staff for giving a forced Transfer Certificate to the student. Pupils are responsible to the Principal/Vice - Principal/In-Charge/Department Head for their conduct both in and outside the school.
Any damage done to School property must be made good by the student responsible or by the class as a whole as will be decided by the authorities. The School authorities can impose individual or collective fines.
Special arrangements can not be made for pupils who for any reason, are absent from any written examination/test.
Parents are requested to communicate with the Principal/Vice Principal by letter or to meet personally by taking prior appointment, regarding the progress and welfare of their ward. The principal/Vice-Principal/In Charge/Department Head may also require any parent to meet personally in the matter of progress of the pupils.
Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during School hours without permission from the Principal/Vice-Principal. Entry into the School Office and the staff-rooms is also prohibited unless permission is granted by the Principal/Vice-Principal.
Students are to be encouraged to speak in English at all time during School hours, except when attending the vernacular classes. ( Failure to do so may entail imposition of fine).
The result of the Annual Examination of the Defaulters will not be published. All dues as applicable must be paid before the commencement of the Annual Examination.
Students are responsible for the sale custody of their books and personal belongings at school. The School Authorities will not Compensate for lost articles to be brought to School by their wards Watches (for pupils below Class IX) and Gold Ornaments are forbidden. All objectionable matter is srictly prohibited. Unauthorized cash/articles found with students will be confiscated.
An Identity Card is issued to every student. Students must have updated identity cards every year. Parents must bring the Identity Cards of their wards at the time of taking them home from Pre-Nursery to Class - II. Class III to XII students must carry the Identity Cards with them.
Students must pay the Annual ( Session) Charge and other dues before the commencement of the new Academic Session within the stipulated dates to be notified at the end of the Final Examination, falling which their names may be removed from the School Register and they have to seek Re-Admission.
School Badge , School Tie, School Belt, Text Book, Exercise Book, Identity Card, School Diary, School Uniform etc.are to purchase from the School or through School approved organization.
Any change of address/phone numbers of the student should be notified to the School Authorities immediately.
Students are not allowed to bring and use mobile phone on the School premises.
Students are not allowed to bring and park motorcycle inside the School premises.
A written notice of one calender month is to be given by the parent/guardian to the Principal before the issue of a Transfer Certificate.
No Transfer Certificate will be issued to any student unit all dues to the School are paid in full.
In case of an emergency, the principal may apply his/her discretionary power to issue the Transfer Certificate to a student within 7 days from the date of such application from the Parent/Gurdian shall have to pay the subsequent month's fees, along with all dues, including Rs. 500/- as the charges for T.C.
Student, who fail twice in the same class, will be served with a Transfer Certificate.
A student may be given a forced Transfer certificate after a student recives a Third written warning for serious breach of discipline or for gross misconduct as observed by the Management.
Three month's Tuition Fees and ASnnual Charges ( Session Charges) will be charged if a request for a Transfer Certificate/ withdrawal is made at any time within 3 months after reopening of the new Academic Session/after taking admission.
The charge for a Transfer Certificate is Rs. 200/- payable at the Fees Office before submitting the application for the Transfer Certificate. The receipt for the same is to be attached to the application.
The school is not responsible for loss of books, money and other valuable etc., brought by the students to the school. They should be very careful about their things.
Students must be well-behaved and well discipline inside and outside the class.
If a student does not mend his/her behavior, he/she shall be discharged from the school during school hours.
Pupils, suffering from contagious and infectious diseases, shall not be permitted to attend the school.
The parents are requested to extend their co-operation in keeping their wards disciplined and
also law abiding students in the school.
The parents / guardians are requested to avoid engaging the teachers of this school
for private tuition /coaching whatsoever of their wards.
From the new academic session the whole curriculum shall be divided into two parts of two
examinations accordingly the test shall be conducted in the months of September / October
and middle of March, under the headings as 1st Unit Test, Half-yearly, and 2nd Unit Test
respectively. The Annual examination however will cover the whole syllabus.
The respective-subject teachers shall provide the syllabus duly bifurcated for different
examinations.
The regular classes for the next academic session shall commence after the annual
examination result tentatively from April.
If a parent is called by School authority prompt response is expected.
Parent Should make it convenient to attend the parent Teacher meeting in the interest of
their ward.
All dues have to be cleared before the annual examination.
After the declaration of final results parents or students can not put any request for
consideration to the principal or any other staff member.
