1. To locate Raw Material as per thier related drwaing like Plate, Tubes,Pipes etc and other section required for the equipments made out of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous like M.S.,s.S.,Copper,Brass, Admiralty Brass, and Coupra Nickel eye.
2. collect the samples af the material and tested from Govt. recognised or claints recognised Lab both Physically & Chemically
3. Approved Materials are finally procured after satisfactory testing and keep them into the different bins with mark O.K.
4. All the raw materials are checked carefully at our works by our Quality Contoler in charge and then distributed at machine shop as wefel as at fabrication shop accordingly with related part Drg.
5. To select the Electrodes for perfect welding of the particular materials as per code.
6. At the machine and fabrication shop,all the raw materials are converted as per drwaing under the carefully abservation of our supervisors who used to check the measurment in every satge.
7. All the converted/machined parts are being sent to our assembly shop for final assembly.All the machined & fabricated parts are being checked again before the final assembly.
8. After the final assembly, the equipments is being finally inspecte by our QC. in charge and supervisor as per drawing.
9. The equipments mainly Heat Exchnger are Hydraucally tested at our works at recomented Test Presure for recomended period as per Drg
10. The equipments after the inspection and approved by claint's recomended Inspecting Units, are being delivered in proper packed condition. |
