Biren Ghosh started his musical training to Sree Joydev Bej who was renowned disciple of Sree Soumendra Nath Thakur, helmsman of Baitanik.

Long time he had learnt music under Mrs. Maya Sen. Also he had learnt in Gandharbo under Sree Subinoy Roy.

After completion of his learning he had sung in favour of poet at Rabindra Sadan during ten years.

He had sung at Gan Mela which was arranged by W.B.Govt. and Dishari at Howrah. He had got a chance to song in Dance-Drama with famous Rabindra Sangeet artist.

At present he is well known personality as a music teacher at Howrah.
