• To share knowledge and experience by way of organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, conventions as also publication and audio visual.
• To help organizations to form and operate Quality Circle and other Quality tools
• To conduct training programme for the member organizations
  
• To stimulate Quality Circles in every sector of the society 
  
• To sponsor research oriented programmes in related fields
  
• To improve, enrich and uplift the Quality of Work Life
  
• To improve self development of Quality Circle Members
• To recognize and encourage persons/institutions for their contributions for the cause of Quality
