• Payment Schedule:

A. *Down Payment-

    Rs. 1,00000 for 2 bedroom apartments
    Rs. 2,00000 for 3 bedroom apartments.
    1% of total flat value as processing fees.
    *On Allotment (30 days from the date of enrolment) 15% of the cost of flat inclusive of enrolment money
    *Within 60 days of allotment 15% of the cost of the flat.


B.  Balance Payments-

* 1st Instalment : On completion of Gr. floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 2nd Instalment : On completion of 1st floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 3rd Instalment : On completion of 2nd floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 4th Instalment : On completion of 3rd floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 5th Instalment : On completion of 4th floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 6th Instalment : On completion of 5th floor roof casting with brick work - 10% of the cost.
* 7th Instalment : On completion of flat - 10% before possession


• Details of Common Service Area:

Darwan room, servant's toilet, septic tank, water reservoir, overhead tank, electric meter room, lift machine room, open common space (excluding the proportionate area of stair case, corridor, lobby and lift.)

Letterbox of wooden make for each individual flat.Iron Gate for the main entrance.

Security Deposit of 20,000/- rupees for each individual flat to be fixed deposited in the name of the building association for building maintenance purposes.

An Extra charge of Rupees 30,000/- is charged for offering Intercom, Sweet water from municipality supply and additional pump and electric meter (220 watt) in the name of the flat owner.

• Extra Work :

Any extra work other than our mentioned standard facilities are to be charged extra and such amounts are to bedeposited prior to the execution of the same.

• Other Costs & Liabilities:

Over and above the cost of the flat the purchaser shall be liable to bear the following expenses.

Required stamp duty, registration charges, fees of the advocate together with other incidental expenses thereto and typing/xerox etc. costs for drafting and execution of "agreement of sale", "deed of conveyance" and any other deed to be executed in respect of his / her / their flat / flats.

Proportionate share of Municipal Taxes till the time of individual assessment of the flat and payment of such share shall be effective from the date of offering delivery and possession of the flat, in writing.
