Born in 1965 , Debendra graduated from Government Collage of Art and Craft Calcutta with first class in Western Painting, under Calcutta University, in 1987. He received many awards in Collage and other Exhibitions. He participated in a number of exhibitions, group exhibitions and Art workshops in Deferent Places in India.
