Rina Mustafi, was born on 31st October 1961, residing at 36, Baguiati Road, 2nd Lane, Ambagan Gas Golly, Kolkata-700 028. A Graduate from Government College of Arts & Crafts, Kolkata in (western Painting) in 1988. She is attached as a working artist with Rashitriya Lalit Kala Kendra (Eastern Region) Kolkata Since 1990. She has affiliation with Academy of fine arts Kolkata and also an Artist Member of “ The Group” a leading Organization of women artists in Kolkata. Her Ist Solo exhibition was held in 2007 at Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata & 2nd Solo exhibition held at Kamalnayan Bajaj Art Gallery in Mumbai, 2008. She attended Group Exhibition of “The Group” in the year 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. And also attended various Workshop At West Bengal, New Delhi, Jaipur and Shillong in the year 2007 & 2008. Participated Annual Exhibition at Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata in the year 2009 & Annual Exhibition at Birla Academy of Arts & Culture, Kolkata in the year 2004 & 07. Participate “Regional Painters Camp in collaboration with North Eastern Hill Univesity, at Shillong by Lalit Kala Academy, Kolkata in Feb’2008. Participate Annual Workshop of INFAC, Kolkata in the year 2006 & 2007. She served as a drawing teacher at NPSSB School, (CBSE) Kolkata since 1992".
