Guru Susmita Misra – one of the foremost Kathak Guru in India. She is the wife of Kathak Legend Late Nrityacharya Pandit Ram Gopal Misra. She has learnt Kathak from her father-in-law Late Pandit Jailalji, the great Kathak exponent of Jaipur. She has innumerable students and still teaching in Joylal Academy of Music an institution after the name of her great father-in-law Joylalji. She regularly visit UK and attends workshop of Kathak Dance. She has three children Kajal, Kumkum & Raj Kumar all of them one established in the world of Music & Dance.
