Mr. Abhijit Kolay: (Chairman)

A Chartered Accountant by profession; has been spearheading the company since 1975. Also known for his charitable disposition, he is presently the President of Rotary Club of Calcutta district 3290.


Mr. Asish Kolay: (Director)

Gold medallist from Jadavpur University in chemical engineering; has been associated with the company since 1975. His expertise lies in overseeing all the technical aspects of the planning and construction.

Mr. Surajit Kolay: (Director)

A graduate from St.Xaviers Calcutta, has been associated with the company since 1980. Presently he is also the General Secretary of the West Bengal Petrol Dealers Association.

Mr. Bablu Kolay: (Director)

A qualified lawyer from Calcutta University, has been associated with the company since  1980. An extremely keen sports enthusiast, a former Treasurer and Secretary, he is presently the Member of the Trustee Board of the Cricket Association of West Bengal.


Mr. Joydeep Kolay: (General Manager)

A graduate from Goenka College of commerce, Calcutta; has been associated with the company since 1989. Known as the ‘man-manager’ within the company, is responsible for all HR and general management issues.
