Brief Story of the Company

ADITI HEALTH OILS PVT. LTD. is engaged in the business of manufacturing/processing of agro products. The various activities undertaken by our Company are solvent extraction, mustard oil extraction, refining of rice bran oil and manufacture and trading of de-oiled cakes.

As part of our solvent extraction business, we extract crude oil from rice bran. This crude oil is used as a raw material in our refinery plant to produce physically refined rice bran oil. The residue left after the solvent extraction and mustard oil extraction is called “De-oiled Cake” which is a vital ingredient in manufacture of animal feed.

The refined rice bran oil and mustard oil are sold in the domestic market. The de-oiled rice bran cake is exported to Vietnam and the de-oiled mustard cake is majorily sold in domestic market to manufacturers of animal feedstock. A small part of de-oiled mustard cake is exported to Bangladesh.

Our Company was incorporated in the year 1999 with the main object of import of fruits and flowers. The main object was amended in the year 2001 to enable our Company to carry on the business of oil extraction and refinery. Then the name of the Company has been changed from Aditi Garden Private Limited to Aditi Edible Oils Private Limited and the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on 17th Day of January, 2002. However, there was no activity in our Company till October 2003. We started setting up our first solvent extraction plant in November 2003 with a capacity of 100 TPD. The commercial production of the same was started in October 2004. In the year 2006, the capacity of the solvent extraction plant was increased to 250 TPD. In the same year again the name of the company changed from Aditi Edible Oils Private Limited to Aditi Oil Ltd. and the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on 11th Day of July, 2006 and then Company converted from private limited Company to Public Limited Company with a name of Aditi Oil Limited and the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on 19th Day of December, 2006.The name of the company was again changed to Aditi Health Oils Pvt. Ltd in the year 2016.

Further, our Company started setting up a rice bran oil refinery and mustard oil extraction plant in the March 2008 with a capacity of 120 TPD and 100 TPD respectively. The commercial production of both the plants started from February 2010.

All our manufacturing facilities are located at Village Kuchut, District Burdwan, West Bengal.

In March 2010, we also started sale of our refined rice bran oil and kachi ghani mustard oil on retail basis under our registered brand names “Corolla” and “Swarnarekha”. Presently, we are selling our products on retail basis only in the state of West Bengal. Our Company has an in-house facility to manufacture various sizes of bottles, pouches and tins used for retail packaging.

Our total income has increased from Rs. 2641.07 lakhs during FY 2007 to Rs. 4244.42 lakhs during FY 2008, Rs. 5350.87 lakhs during FY 2009 and Rs. 5836.03 lakhs during FY 2010 showing an increase of 60.71%, 26.07% and 13.73% during FY 2008, FY 2009 and FY 2010 respectively. Our expected turnover for the financial year 2010-11 is approx Rs.13451.52 Lakhs, growth of approx 130.5% in comparison to last year.

We are exporting de-oiled rice bran cakes to Vietnam. The total exports constituted 62.5%, 65.76% and 46.93% of gross sales during FY 2008, FY 2009 and FY 2010 respectively..

Our Company has received the “SEA AWARD” from The Solvent Extractors’ Association of India for being the “Highest Exporter of Rice Bran Extraction” for the years 2008-09 and 2009-10 and “Second Highest Exporter of Rice Bran Extraction” for the year 2006-07. Our Company is also recognized as Export House by the Office of the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India

Mr. Ajay Kumar Agrawal, the key person of the Company, a commerce graduate and F.C.A., having 21 years of experience.

He is the founder of ADITI GROUP and having more than 10 years of varied experience of manufacturing activity, Product Development and Management. He was into full time CA practicing before venturing into manufacturing activity. At present he is in the managing committee of Solvent Extractors’ Association of India. He has actively participated as Guest Speaker in various seminars on Rice Bran Oil.

He is very hard working aggressive, energetic and dedicated with excellent inter personal skills and possesses vast Industry knowledge. After working for over 21 years in the Industries he has developed good networking.
