Dr. Sujata Datta MBBS, MRCOG (UK), FRCOG (UK), DFFP, CCT (London) is a Senior Consultant Gynaecologist, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeon and specialist in management of High Risk Pregnancy with experience of 27 years. She is affiliated to leading hospitals such as Bhagirathi Neotia Woman and Child Care Centre, Fortis Hospital Anandapur, Woodlands Hospital. She trained and practised in UK for 12 years before returning to India. Dr. Sujata Datta was awarded the Royal College Certification (UK) in Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgery. She practises advanced Laparoscopic procedures such as Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Endometriosis Ablation, infertility treatment, Urogynaecological operations for treatment of female urinary leakage.
She graduated from Calcutta Medical College (CMC) and went to London for Post Graduate training. After completing MRCOG in 2000 and receiving a Letter of Recommendation from Royal College (UK) she trained extensively in leading hospitals in London in advanced Laparoscopic techniques.
She has extensive experience in the management of high risk pregnancies such as recurrent miscarriage, twin pregnancies, premature deliveries, intrauterine growth retardation, bleeding complications in pregnancies and management of diabetic mothers or patients with renal transplants and other medical problems.
