• Payment should be made by A/c. Payee Cheque or DID in favour of "VRAMAN TOURS & TRAVELS" Or by Cash.
• No charges for Baby upto 2 years, but extra charge will be applicable for providing bus/car seat. Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings whatsoever of the Tourist caused by any accident / theft / robbery or any other untoward happenings during the tour.
• If there is any increase in Railway Fare / Air Fare/Fuel Cost of Bus/Car, difference amount has to be borne by the Party.
• Tour programme may be changed/altered/varied/extended even in course of tour due to unavoidable circumstances, viz. Natural Calamity, Breakdown of Bus/Car, Local Bundh/Strike/Agitation/Road Blockage/Any Govt. Restrictions or any other such happenings.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the tour is cancelled the entire advance/deposit amount will be refunded without any compensation. Due to Natural Calamity/Strike/Political Disturbance and any Govt. Restrictions, the tour is cancelled, passengers have to pay 20% of the Tour Price as compensation.
• In case the Tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, the extra cost will have to be borne by the Party.
• Rooms will allotted per familywise, i.e. 3 persons in a DBR and 4 persons in Tripple beded room basis or Double Bed with one extra bed/mattress on Floor.
• The Tourist will have to pay the Coolie charges, Entry Fees and Guide Charges.
• The traveller may insure their belongings by paying extra charges. Free Insurance Coverage for each booking.
• Wine/Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Booking of seat means that the passenger has accepted the Terms & Conditions of "VRAMAN TOURS & TRAVELS" knowing it all clearly.
