• Over & above, Service Tax, as per Government taxation policies shall be levied on the total invoice value.
• The above charges include statutory wages, social security, paid leaves and the cost of uniforms.
• Manpower should not be involved in cash valuable transactions without prior consent.
• Deployment shall be done within 7 days from the date of confirmation in writing.
• Contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of commencement. At the time of renewal the contract value shall be raised upwards depending upon the increase in statutory and administrative charges.
• For any termination of full or part of the contract the client shall provide one month of prior notice.
• Overtime if any shall be charged as pro-rata basis.
