A. Occational Activities :
This organisation 'Atithya' undertakes some programmes in their locality viz Health Checkup Camp, Blood Donation Camp, Cloth Distribution Camp, Eye Testing & Micro-Surgery Camp and many Others.

B. Long Term Activities :
(i) Oldage home :“Atithya” is maintaining a small oldage – home with a few number of boarders from the very beginning. “Atithya” feel proud with their boarders who admit that they are living in a homely atmosphere as if they were dwelling in their own house with full freedom. They are also feeling happy and have no complaint against “Atithya”.

“Atithya” has newly started a “Health Care Unit” for the physically disables senior citizens with special care. They are also satisfied with the services rendered by the organization within a few months.

(ii) Free Coaching Centre : A free coaching centre is also run by this organization from class III to class VI. “Atithya” desires to provide this facility for class VII also from January, 2015. In the season of 2014, 26 nos. of students are admitted. The students take their lessons from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday of every week. These students are provided with light refreshment everyday after their classes. They are also provided with writing kits in every month.

In the month of January of every year 'Bed Roll' containing necessary useful items are also distributed to the students of the coaching free of cost.

Since 2012 new garments are distributedto the students of coaching before Durga Puja. The same has executed in the year 2014 also.

Over and above at the very begining of this organisition 'Atithya' distributed writing kits to 13 nos. of Govt. Primary school in Baranagar area. 1577nos. of students were benifited through this programme. 7273 nos. of exercise books and 1793 nos. of Pen- Pencils were distributed by 'Atithya' free of cost among those students.
