Rooms in hotels are allotted on twin sharing basis. If any single tourist prefers to stay alone in a room he/she will have to make full payment for the double bed.

Tourists will have to bear the entry fee cost when visiting tourist spots where such fees are charged. Tour package cost does not include such fees.

During train journey in sleeper class, no commitment can be given about specific berth allotment as reservation is under the control of Indian Railways.

If cancellation is made 7 days before the commencement of the journey, 50% will be deducted from our tour package cost in addition to Train ticket cancellation charge and our service charge.

However, no refund is given if cancellation is made 72 hours before the departure date.

If any tour is cancelled under the circumstances beyond our control, money deposited will be refunded without any compensation.

Tourists are requested to arrive at the station well before the departure time to avoid missing the train. The company will not be responsible, if any tourist fails to come on time and miss the train.

Tourists visiting Kedaraath, Jamunotri, Gangotri or Vaishnodevi will have to bear the cost of horse and dundi.

In the event of escalation in train /bus fare, the tourists will have to pay the enhanced cost.

Tourists are requested to take care of their own luggage particularly during loading and unloading. The company will not be responsible for any damage or theft.

We regret our inability to serve food during train journey to tourists, traveling in A/C or Is' class as per the rules of Indian Railways.

Request for any specific room in hotels cannot be entertained.

The company reserves the right to change / alter any rule / condition any time.

The tourist will have to pay 30% of the tour cost during the time of booking and another 30% within next ten days and the rest 40% will have to be paid before 10 days from the date of journey.
