Series S-500 Is Suitable For 1200 K, 2200 K, 22200 CK Bearings And Series S-600 Is Suitable For 1300 K, 2300 K And 22300 CK Series Bearings With Adapter Sleeves.

2) SN Series Plummer Block

“Myra Engineering Works” ‘SN’ Series Horizontally Split Type Plummer Blocks Are Ideally Suitable For Moderate Loads,speeds And Relatively Clean And Temperate Environment.

The Width Of Bearing Seat In The SN Series Plummer Blocks Is Such That It Gives Bearings Axial Freedom.A Locating Bearing Is Positioned By The Insertion Of One Or Two Locating Rings As The Case May Be For Its Axial Location.

SN Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Grease Lubrication. Felt Strips And Grease Nipples Can Be Supplied Along With Plummer Blocks On Order.

3) SNA Series Plummer Block

“Myra Engineering Works” SNA Series Horizontally Split Plummer Blocks (bearing Housings)are Completely Interchangeable With Earlier SN Type Plummer Block,concerning Mainly To Its Centre Height,foundation Bolt Centres.Same Bearing Housings Can Be Used For 500 And 600 Series Bearings Having Equal Bearings Outside Diameter By Changing Its Shaft Seals,e.g.SNA 506 Plummer Blocks Can Be Used As SNA 605 Also Where Bearing O.D.of 1206K And 1305K Are Equal E.g.52mm.Similarly Same Plummer Blocks Can Be Used For Bearing With Tapered Bore Mounted With Adapter Sleeve Or Bearing With (straight)cylindrical Bore.However Such Plummer Blocks Are Designated As SNA 500 And SNA 600 For Bearing With Adapter Sleeves And SNA 200 & SNA 300 For Bearings With Cylindrical Bores.Bearing Seating Width Provides Axial Freedom Which Can Be Made Axially Located By Insertion Of Suitable Locating Rings.

SNA Plummer Blocks Are Supplied With Felt Seals (designated And Suffixed As TC) Rubber V Ring Seals (TA) And One Ring And One End Cover (ATA).These Plummer Blocks Can Also Be Supplied With Double Lip Seals (TG) Or Labyrinth Seals (TS) On Order.

4) SNH Series Plummer Block

“Myra Engineering Works” SNH Series Plummer Blocks Are Also Horizontally Split And Are Fully Interchangeable With Those Of Earlier SN And SNA Series Plummer Blocks.

All Features Of Standard And Special Shaft Seals,interchangeability With 500 And 600 Series For Bearing With Tapered Bore And Adapter Mounting Or With (straight)cylindrical Bore Etc.are Available In SHN Series Plummer Blocks Also.Its More Favorable Cross Section And Improved Design Have Resulted Into Greater Strength As Compared To SN Or SNA Series Plummer Blocks.

SNH Plummer Blocks Have Dowel Pins At Its Mating Surface To Ensure Correct Assembly Of Base And Caps Are Not Interchangeable.Like SNA Series,the Plummer Blocks Of SNH Series Are Also Supplied With Standard Shaft Seals E.g. Felt Seals {TC} Or V Rings (TA) Or V Ring On One End And End Cover On Other End (ATA.)Special Shaft Seals Such As Labyrinth Seals (TS) Or Double Lip Seals (TS)or Double Lip Seals (TG),taconite Seals (ND) Can Also Be Supplied Against Orders.

5) SNL Series Plummer Block

SNL Series Plumper Blocks are suitable for self aligning ball bearings, spherical roller bearings and CARB bearings for shaft dia 20 to 160mm. These housings are split type with 2 elliptical holes in housing base and suitable for grease or oil lubrication. For Grease lubrication variety of seals such as felt seals (TC Type), Labyrinth Seals (TS Type), Double Lip Seals (TG type) or T aconite Seals (ND Type)can be used. For oil lubrication special type of seal (TURU type) can be used.

Principal dimensions are identical to SNA/SNH type housings and are interchangeable. MNL housing are available with 4 elliptical slots in the base designated as FMNL or drilled holes in the base with suffix MS1 or 4 drilled holes in the base with suffix MS2. These housings can be used for located bearing by inserting Locating rings on either side of bearing.

6) SN 3000 Series Plummer Block

For bearing housings where strength of grey cast Iron material is still inadequate, these housings can also be supplied in cast steel or spheroidal graphite iron (ductile)

Such bearing housings can support approximately twice the load permitted for grey cast iron housings

These bearing housings are dimensionally inter changeable and suitable to bearings of international make like SKF, FAG, NTN, ZKL, TIMKEN, etc.

All housings are supplied as non located type. For locating type, suitable locating ring - FRB to be ordered separately

SNL 3000 Series Plummer Block housings are suitable for self aligning, spherical roller bearings and carb bearings for shaft dia 150 to 340 mm. These housings are split type with 4 elliptical holes in housing base and suitable for grease or oil lubrication.

1) Horizontally split type, Four bolt cap with Four elliptical hole in base as standard design.
2) Suitable for Spherical Rollar ball bearing and CARB Bearing from shaft dia 150 to340 mm.
3) Direct mounting ( cylindrical bore bearing), Adapter Sleeve mounting (Tapered Bore Bearing ).
4) Fixed/Locating type by use of locating ring, free/Expansion type without locating Ring.
5) Grease or oil Lubrication.Suitable for re-lubrication.

8) SNL 3100 Series Plummer Block

SNL 3100 Series Plummer Block Housings are suitable for self aligning,spherical roller bearings and carb bearings for shaft dia 150 to 340 mm. These housings are split type with 4 elliptical holes in housing base and suitable for grease or oil lubrication. 9) SD Series Plummer Block

SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Made Of Grey CastIron Grade FG 200 Of IS:210, Which Can Be Made From SG Iron(SDD) Or Cast Steel Castings (SDT) Also For Heavier Loads On Order.

SD Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearings Of Series 231 K With Adapter Sleeves For Shaft Dia 150mm To 300 Mm, And Same Are Designated As SD 31…Plummer Block Suitable For Bearings Series 230 Are Designated As SD 30, Similarly SD 500 And SD 600 Series Plummer Blocks Are Suitable For 22200 CCK And 22300 CCK Series Bearings Respectively. SD Series Plummer Blocks With Straight Bore Bearing Are Designated With Suffix G, Eg SD31….G.

These Plummer Blocks Are Either Supplied With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collars On Both Ends And The Plummer Blocks Housings Are Designated By Suffix TS Or With Triple Seal Type Labyrinth Collar On One End And End Cover On Other End For End Shaft,which Are Designated With Suffix ATS. 11) SDG Series Plummer Block

SDG Type Plummer Blocks Are Split Housings Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearings With Adapter / Withdrawl Sleeve Or Directly Mounted O Shaft. The Shaft Size Ranges From 125 Mm To 710 Mm. This Housing Type Has Only One End Cover Fitted On One Side, Inserted In Circular Groove In The Housing Bore. For Large Housing, Alternative Arrangement Dan Be Provided For Fixing The End Cover To Sthe Side Of Bearing Housing Using High Tensile Bolts.

For Proper Alignment During Mounting Of This Type Of Plummer Block Housing, The Housing Feet Have Machined Side Faces Which Can Be Used Along With Stop And Wedge For Correct Positioning. The Plummer Block Assembly.

12) SDJ Series Plummer Block

SDJ Type Plummer Blocks Housings Are Split Type Design, Top Half Is Held With Bottom Half Of Housing With Four Sturdy Bolts. They Are Suitable For Spherical Roller Bearings Of Series 230 And 231 With Adapter Sleeve Or Directly Mounted On Shaft. Shaft Diameter Ranges From 320 Mm To 530 Mm As Regular Design.For Larger Shaft Diameter, Customized SDJ Plummer Blocks Are Supplied By Myra Engineering Works.

Theis Heavy Duty Series Of Bearing Housings Are Preferred For Use In Crusher Application In Cement And Steel Industries.

13) SD 3100 Series Plummer Block

SD series Plummer blocks are made of Grey Cast Iron Grade FG 200 of IS : 210, which can be made from SG Iron (SDD) or Cast steel Castings (SDT) also for heavier loads on order.

SD series plummer blocks are suitable for spherical roller bearings of series 231 K with adapter sleeves for shaft dia 150 mm to 300 mm, and same are designated as SD 31. Plummer blocks suitable for bearings series 230 are designated as SD 30.similarly SD 500 and SD 600 series plummer blocks are suitable for 22200 CK and 22300 CK series bearings respectively.

These plummer blocks are either supplied with triple seal type labyrinth collars on both ends and the plummer blocks housings are designated by suffix TS or with triples seal type labyrinth collar on one end and End cover on other end for end shaft, which are designated with suffix ATS. All Labyrinth seals are supplied with rubber "0" cords and alien grub screws which ensure that the seal rotates with the shaft.

14) SAF Series Plummer Block

SAF Type Bearing Housings Are Horizontally Split Type In Construction And Are Available In Cast Iron,Cast Steel Or S.G.Iron Material As Per Order.They Are Suitable To Withstand Heavier And Shock Loads Due To Its Robust Construction. 20) TVN Series Plummer Block

TVN Type Housings Are One Piece Design And Suitable For Self-aligning Ball Bearing And Spherical Roller Bearing. They Have Mounting Pad On Top Side To Facilitate Assembly For Light Rail-bound Trucks. Suitable Shaft Size Of Ranges From 20 To 75 Mm Diameter. The Bearing Seating In The Housing Is Designed To Permit Axial Displacement Of Bearing Up To 1 Mm At Each Side. TVN Housings Are Manufactured In Grey Cast Iron. For Sealing Purpose Two Nos Of Felt Seals Are Placed Adjacent To Each Other At Both Sides Of Housing.

21) 7225(00) Flanged Series

These flanged bearing housings are designed to use self aligning ball bearings series 12 K and 22 K or spherical roller bearings series 222 K. Fixing of the bearings on the shaft is by means of an adapter sleeve.

HFB supplies these housings for through shaft (Arrangement B) and as an end bearing housing with end cover (Arrangement A).

Flanged bearing housings series 7225.. are sealed with felt strip and designed for grease lubrication. A R1/8" grease hole is incorporated in the housing for eventual later greasing. For shaft diameters 20 - 60 the housing is supplied in a triangular form with 3 mounting bolts, for the shaft range 65 - 100 in square form with 4 mounting holes.

The bearing seat in the housing is designed with a bore tolerance H7 and for a floating bearing. Locating bearing arrangements are obtained by fitting the matching fixing rings between the housing shoulder and bearing outer race. 7225(00) Flanged bearing Housings are manufactured from grey cast. On request housings manufactured from ductile iron can also be delivered.

22) I-1200(00) Flanged Series

This range of flanged bearing housings is fitted with self aligning ball bearings with extended inner ring (series 112).

The outer ring of the bearing is located axially by means of a bolted on cast cover.

Flanged bearing housings series I-1200 are fitted with felt strip seals and are suitable for grease lubrication. A R1/8" grease hole is incorporated for eventual later greasing.

I-1200 flanged bearing housings are manufactured from grey cast iron.
