Introduction

At Anubhav Positive Psychology Clinic, we believe in continuous learning and professional development as an essential part of effective mental health practice. Our in-house workshops provide psychologists, interns, trainees, educators, and mental health professionals with opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills through interactive and experiential learning. The workshops conducted so far have covered diverse areas including Rorschach Inkblot Test, trauma therapy, Gestalt therapy, neurodiversity, suicide prevention, case history taking, psychological assessment, and teacher orientation.
