This patient came 6 months back with large neck mass of size 15 cm, wheelchair bound with severe pain. He was misdiagnosed and undertreated at some other cancer hospital. We reviewed the case and started his cancer treatment. He has completed his treatment 3 months back, cured now and on follow up.
