• Counseling Desk:
The Academy has a Counseling Desk manned by qualified and trained counsellers who are always available to extend their cooperation to assist the students and their guardians. Counselors always try to assess the potential of the candidates to guide them in deciding as to which course will be most beneficial and comfortable for them.

• Teaching Methodology:
We do not encourage in a batch more than 25 students in a class to attend each students individually to clear their doubts. After each classroom session, we conduct a capsule test on daily basis to maintain the regularity of the student’s progress. A review of performance on Class Tests is done regularly by the concerned faculties and the mistakes committed by the students are pointed out to them so that they do not commit the same mistake in next tests. Mock Tests are taken periodically in a complete examination environment which allows the student to feel the heat of the examination.

• Study Materials:
Study Material is an important aspect in building up to the competitive examinations. Relevant Study Materials with Practice set are provided on each topic beforehand at the start of each classroom session.

• Special Care on Form Fill-up:
We devote individual attention to each of our students with the exercise of filling up necessary forms for different examinations which is very important aspect in case of Competitive Examinations. Mistakes in form filling causes cancellation of candidature is a common phenomenon.
Our Academic Coordinators/Counselors/Faculties also take care in informing the students about the vacancies arising out of different Govt. Sectors as also the syllabi of the respective examinations. We always keep the students informed about any changes in the syllabi as well as the rules & regulations of the examinations time to time.

• Mock Interview & Personality Development Session:
Trained Faculty Members conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions to impart necessary skills for successful performance of our students at the interview boards. Guidance is given in matters relating to body language, behavioral skills and self esteem to provide the students necessary cutting edge in their performance.

• Library:
Academy’s Library is well equipped with books, periodicals, magazine, job-related publications, reference materials, CDs etc. to help the students to get access to and gain information and knowledge regarding different examinations.
