5. What is a Horoscope?

Horoscope is the picture of the planets during the birth of any person, which differs from man to man, due to the continuous movement of the planets. Astrological analysis of a person begins with the preparation of a horoscope which requires exact date, time and place of birth of that person concerned. The abstruse meaning of a horoscope keeps similarity with that of the pack of a medicine. If we go through the pack of any medicine we find:

• Expiry date
• Composition
• Indication

Horoscope is also like a STAMP from the manufacturing company of the NATURE, which incorporates those features like a medicine. Horoscopes in holds the positions of the planets during the birth of a person. To prepare a horoscope three (3) information are mainly required, viz.

• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth

For the preparation of a horoscope we need astronomical data which will provide us with exact positions of the planets on their respective orbit of movement during the date and time of birth of a person, which is different for everybody. From the place of birth of a person, we can find out the geographical latitude and longitude and also can calculate their differences from the celestial (Topo-centric) latitude and longitude. 6. Time of Birth - How It's Determined?

People usually have a lot of confusion about the determination of actual birth time of a new born. Somebody opine that when the baby comes of its mother's womb and get into the exposure of air is the actual time of birth. 7. What is Palmistry?

Palmistry is another branch of occult science, which deals with the comprehensive study of the palm-prints and gets the idea of future events in life.
