The Chairman cum Director of the group is Shri Nemai Paul a self-made man who due to his dedication, acumen and vision could build a business house which is a respectable   name in the city of Kolkata. He is ably assisted in the operations by his dynamic son Shri Somnath Paul (CEO and International Business Co-ordinator of the  Group).
