Dr. Subhankar Deb has passed MBBS from Calcutta University in 1985, MS in 1990 and DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in 2000.  He has been pursuing the field of oncology since 1993. He has served as consultant cancer surgeon in several renowned hospitals in the city.  He is currently posted as Senior Consultant Onco-Surgery Former Apollo Gleneagles Hospital (Kolkata) and he is the Head, Department of Onco-Surgery, AMRI Hospitals, Dhakuria, Kolkata. Dr. Deb has attended several conferences, workshops and training programmes both at the national and international level and always keeps himself abreast with the latest in oncology.  He has treated over 12,000 cancer patients during his professional career.
